THE METHOD
How this tool works
Choose an application or milestone → enter and confirm the exact local time and source zone → check UTC → download the calendar.
A date is not always a deadline
A posting may give a closing date without a time, use rolling review or change after you first read it. This planner never supplies a closing time. Check the official source and distinguish the employer deadline from your personal target.
Applications from the tracker appear in the selection list. Their source details help you verify the event, but no event is exported until you explicitly confirm a date, time and zone.
Time zones and daylight saving
Enter an IANA region such as America/New_York or Europe/London. The planner converts that local time to a UTC instant, and your calendar app displays the same instant in its configured zone.
A daylight-saving jump can create a time that does not exist; a fall-back can create a time that occurs twice. The planner rejects those ambiguous cases. Confirm the intended UTC instant with the source instead of guessing.
Export is a snapshot
The .ics file contains your confirmed events with stable identifiers. Editing an event keeps its identifier, but different calendar apps handle repeated imports differently. Check for duplicate copies after importing.
This is not a live subscription. A later change here does not automatically update a previously imported calendar. Removing an application also removes its linked local events; remove any old imported events in your calendar app yourself.
WORKED EXAMPLE
Check a time before adding it
Suppose you choose a personal preparation milestone for November 12, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in America/New_York. The planner shows 22:00 UTC before you confirm it. This is an illustrative personal target, not an employer deadline.
Assumptions and limits
- Only user-entered and confirmed dates are exported.
- The supported planning range is 2000–2100.
- Timezone rules come from the browser’s internationalization data.
- Calendar export does not send invitations or create an online calendar subscription.
Common questions
Does this contain official bank application deadlines?
No. You enter deadlines from official postings and confirm the local date, time and time zone. The tool does not invent or maintain an employer deadline database.
Why was my daylight-saving time rejected?
Some local times are skipped or repeated when clocks change. Confirm the intended instant with the source, then enter its UTC time with the zone UTC.
Will editing an event update my calendar app?
Not automatically. Export a new file and check how your app handles matching identifiers. Delete obsolete imported copies yourself if needed.
